Description

The Ambion kit includes a M-MLV RT that maintains full RNase H activity for increased sensitivity of detection in RT-PCR experiments. Includes sufficient reagents for 50 reactions.

  • Linear quantitation of mRNA targets over 106-fold range of input RNA
  • Quantitate transcripts from as little as 500fg total RNA—1/20th of a single cell
  • Fast, flexible RT step complete in 15 min.; use reaction temperatures up to 50°C
  • Compatible with TaqMan™, SYBR™ Green, and gel-based detection methods
  • Optimal reaction temperature: 42° to 50°C
  • Final product size: 7kb or less
