• Inclusion of RNase inhibitor provides broad-spectrum protection against enzymatic degradation of the synthesized RNA, making the enzyme ideal for the synthesis of RNA for blot and in situ hybridization probes, RPA analysis, in vitro translation, and antisense RNA
