mIgD is expressed on mature naive B cells (along with membrane IgM) and serves as a B-cell receptor for antigen (BCR). BD Horizon™ BV480 Mouse Anti-Human IgD BCR, in association with other signaling molecules including CD79a and CD79b, can transduce activating or tolerizing signals intracellularly into B lymphocytes.

Description

• With an Ex Max of 436nm and Em Max at 478nm, BD Horizon™ BV480 can be excited by the violet laser and detected in the BD Horizon™ BV510 (525/40nm) filter set
• BV480 has less spillover into the BV605 detector and, in general, is brighter than BV510
