Description

  • Three 2-liter stainless steel tanks with individual thermostatic controls allow each chamber to have a different temperature and shallow water levels.
  • Each chamber comes complete with a removable Clifton low height stainless steel perforated shelf.
  • Heaters and temperature sensor concealed under the tank providing a clutter free working area easy to wipe clean. The heating footprint covers the underside base of the tank, providing rapid energy transfer, quicker heat up times and a reduction in energy consumption with improved temperature uniformity.
  • Comprised of a high quality corrosion resistant stainless steel tank, with a bright clean finish housed in a durable paint finished outer case. Painted surfaces feature anti-bacterial finish with good chemical resistance.
  • Easy to use analogue dial pointer for setting temperature, graduated in 5°C divisions for each tank.
  • Illuminated on/off switch and heater indication lamp for each tank.
  • The performance of every bath is verified. Controls and water temperature at 45°C are calibrated for consistent temperature control in use.
  • Thermal cut out fitted in the heater. IP rated clear booted on/off power switch. Bath fitted with non-slip rubber feet.
  • Above 60°C it is recommended that to achieve optimum performance the bath should be covered with a lid or layer of polypropylene spheres. Covering the bath with a lid also reduces energy consumption and running costs for your Clifton water bath.
  • TripleBath features three independently controlled shallow water baths suitable for heating samples in micro centrifuge tubes and for other molecular-biology applications.
