Brand: Thermo Scientific™ 042152
Description
When you need to separate anionic and neutral species in a single run, use the Thermo Scientific™ OmniPac™ PAX-500 Column. With anion-exchange and reversed-phase properties, this polymer-based mixed-mode column is solvent compatible and stable over the entire pH range of 1-14. Solvents may be used to affect selectivity as well as to remove contaminants to extend column lifetime. The OmniPac PAX-500 column is ideal for analysis of a wide range of compounds.
The OmniPac PAX-500 column is ideal for analysis of alcohols, alkanolamines, antihistamines, anti-inflammatory agents, aromatic acids, inorganic acids, peptides, purines and pyrimidines, sulfonamides, sulfonated anionic surfactants, and water-soluble vitamins.- Macroporous hydrophobic core provides reversed-phase retention and is coated with an anion-exchange latex bead layer for anion-exchange retention
