Description
The HandyStep™ electronic is a microprocessor-controlled battery operated repetitive pipet for fatigue-free dispensings in a variety of applications. Motorized design reduces hand strain and eliminates operator inconsistency.- Automatic tip size recognition of the encoded BRAND PD-Tips. The repetitive pipet HandyStep™ electronic saves time and prevents errors through automatic tip size recognition of the new BRAND PD-Tips, which have the size encoded in their pistons. Open system will also accept most third-party dispenser tips.
- Continuously variable volume setting from 1μL to 50mL.
- Provides three different functions: Dispensing, Automatic Dispensing and Pipetting. In the automatic mode the instrument uses its learn function to calculate the average time interval between your first three dispensing steps, and automatically continues to work at this rhythm.
- The replaceable nickel-metal-hydride battery pack can be charged either inside or outside the instrument.
- CE-marked according to IVD-Directive 98/79 EG.
- HandyStep™ electronic with interface is the central component for integration into automated systems
- Supplied with DE-M Marking performance certificate, NiMH battery pack, charging dock and AC adapter. (Recharging unit not included with Model 705004)
