The kit includes 10X PBS (phosphate buffered saline), X-gal, staining solutions A, B, and C, 10X fixative solution, and 10 μg of pcDNA™ 3.1/His/lacZ control vector. Store the 10X PBS at room temperature. All other components should be stored at -20°C. All reagents are guaranteed stable for 6 months when properly stored.
