• α-factor secretion signal for directing secreted expression of recombinant protein
• Zeocin resistance gene for selection in both E. coli and Pichia
• C-terminal peptide containing c-myc epitope and polyhistidine (6xHis) tag for detection and purification of recombinant fusion protein
