These calibration kits are used to maintain your ViiA™ 7 System with 384-well Block. They include calibration plates to perform a spectral calibration with FAM™, VIC™, ROX™, SYBR™ Green, TAMRA™, NED™ dyes, plates to perform region-of-interest (ROI) calibration, normalization calibration, and to run an RNase P verification. Calibration and verification should be run at least every six months. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use. The dye formulations for your ViiA™ 7 System will improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra found in your real-time PCR experiments.
