AccuPrime SuperMix II is a ready-to-use mixture of DNA polymerase, accessory proteins, salts, magnesium, and dNTPs for efficient PCR amplification. All you have to do is add template and primers, reducing set-up time by half. For accurate PCR performance, AccuPrime SuperMix II sets the standard. You'll amplify your DNA targets cycle after cycle, eliminating troubleshooting and rework.

In addition to a powerful DNA polymerase, AccuPrime SuperMix I includes Platinumanti-DNA polymerase antibodies that inhibit polymerase activity, providing an automatic hot-start, and a thermal stable accessory protein that enhances specific primer-template hybridization during every cycle of PCR. This unique combination allows for success, even under previously suboptimal conditions.

AccuPrime SuperMix II is designed for amplification of genomic DNA amplicons, plasmid DNA, or cDNA templates up to 4 kb in length. Alternatively, AccuPrime SuperMix I is optimized to amplify a tighter range of targets less than 200 bp in length.
