Description

The SPHERO™ Daily QC Particles for BD FACSArray™ are useful for daily testing of BD FACSArray bioanalyzer to confirm consistent instrument performance and have been tested on the BD FACSArray for this purpose. The %CV of rainbow calibration particles (Peak 8) should always be ≤7% in all fluorescent parameters.

• Each particle contains mixture of fluorophores
• Excitation wavelength range: 365 - 650nm
• Storage buffer: Aqueous solution containing 0.01%NP40 and ≤0.02% sodium azide
• Rainbow calibration particle: Peak 8 (Bright)
