Thermo Scientific™ GeneBLAzer™ GPR24-Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 Cells
GeneBLAzer™ GPR24-Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells contain the human Melanin-concetrating hormone receptor (GPR24) stably integrated into the GeneBLAzer™ Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cell line.
Brand: Thermo Scientific™ K1730
Description
GeneBLAzer™ GPR24-Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells contain the human Melanin-concetrating hormone receptor (GPR24) stably integrated into the GeneBLAzer™ Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cell line. GeneBLAzer™ Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells (Cat. No. K1725) contain a beta-lactamase reporter gene under control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element and the Chimeric G protein, Gqi5.
The GeneBLAzer™ GPR24-Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells are functionally validated for Z' and EC50 concentrations of MCH. In addition, GeneBLAzer™ GPR24-Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells have been tested for assay performance under variable conditions. These data are found in the Validation & Assay Performance Summary.
