Description
Use the new Thermo Scientific™ MAbPac™ Reversed Phase columns for high-performance reversed-phase (RP) HPLC and LC/MS characterization of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), fragments, variants, antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), PEGylated proteins, and bispecific proteins. These columns have excellent resolution, long column lifetime, and low carry-over. The surface chemistry, particle size, and pore size, have been optimized for high resolution separations.
Compatible with organic solvent used in HPLC and MS under RP conditions- Resin is based on a hydrophobic supermacroporous 4μm polymer particles
- Stable at extreme pH (0 to 14) and high temperature (up to 110 °C)
- 1,500Å large pore size polymeric resin
