Slot Blot manifolds provide the ideal way to hybridise proteins and nucleic acids in solution onto membranes. Easy to assemble, the slot blot can produce 48 sample throughputs. Each manifold requires a vacuum pump or water aspirator equivalent to 600 mm Hg (0.8 Bar).
