Description
- Designed to improve the retention and MS sensitivity of polar and ionizable compounds, complementary 1.7 μm BEH HILIC and Amide hydrophilic interaction chromatography columns provide an attractive orthogonal selectivity choice to reversed-phase.
- Based on a novel ethylene-bridged hybrid [BEH] particle platform, a larger pH range can be exploited to successfully retain polar acidic and basic compounds that are difficult to retain by traditional reversed-phase chromatography.
