Description
Safety-Lok™ blood collection sets are sterile, closed systems for venous blood collection. They can also be used for short-term infusions of up to two hours. These winged infusion sets include a hypodermic needle, color-coded wings, an integrated safety shield, small-bore tubing and a connector. Many also include a Luer adapter.
- Safety mechanism protects against needle injuries following successful venipuncture
- Safety shield pushes over the needle, surrounding it completely
- Safety mechanism engages irreversibly with an audible click over the needle
