Description

Description

These turbidity standards remove the handling, stability and accuracy problems associated with traditional Formazin turbidity standards. They are certified traceable to NIST Reference Material 1690, and are available in a range of concentrations from 0–4000 NTU.

  • Non-toxic and non-carcinogenic, with no special handling or disposal requirements
  • Well defined spherical shape of particles, 0.01–0.2μm in diameter
  • Particles stay in suspension—they do not deteriorate or settle out
  • A long stable shelf life of 2 years at all concentrations
  • Convenient, ready-to-use solution—mixing is discouraged as it entrains air
