Description

The Collibri PS DNA Library Preparation Kit offers higher confidence in SNP and INDEL calling due to better coverage of challenging genomic regions from a wide range of inputs (1 ng to 1 μg) of physically sheared double-stranded DNA, cfDNA, or amplicons (≤300 bp) of any species. The entire library preparation protocol takes about three hours with a PCR workflow. Additionally, a PCR-free version is available for inputs starting at 500 ng DNA.

The kit generates a consistently high yield of library from any amount of input DNA (including the PCR-free version), which is enough for library quantification   and sequencing on Illumina instruments.
