Covalent coupling or affinity capture surfaces
The diagram shows the available surface modifications for directed binding of target biomolecules (must possess the correct functional group for covalent coupling).
In the case of the Thermo Scientific™ Immobilizer™ Amino, a strong covalent bond is formed with the biomolecule being immobilized at the surface.
